    摘 要：银耳多糖因其特殊的分子结构及其绿色天然的性质有广阔的应用前景。本文主要综述了银耳多糖的功能特性并详细总结了近年来银耳多糖在医药、食品、化妆品领域的相关应用研究，以期为银耳多糖的深度开发提供一定的理论参考。

    Abstract： Tremella polysaccharide has broad application prospects because of its special molecular structure and green and natural properties. This paper mainly summarizes the specific functions of tremella fuciformis polysaccharide， and summarizes in detail the relevant application research of tremella fuciformis polysaccharide in the fields of medicine， food and cosmetics in recent years， in order to provide some theoretical reference for the in-depth development of tremella fuciformis polysaccharide.
