Abstract: Tremella polysaccharide has broad application prospects because of its special molecular structure and green and natural properties. This paper mainly summarizes the specific functions of tremella fuciformis polysaccharide, and summarizes in detail the relevant application research of tremella fuciformis polysaccharide in the fields of medicine, food and cosmetics in recent years, in order to provide some theoretical reference for the in-depth development of tremella fuciformis polysaccharide.
