生物技术在食品检测中的应用
梁轶媛摘 要:随着经济的发展,我国对食品检测工作研究逐渐深入,其研究成果也比较成熟,具有較强的代表性和针对性。提高食品检测工作效率、保障食品检测工作的稳定性和可靠性、加快检测工作发展进程是检测人员关注的主要问题。生物技术作为新型技术,可以充分发挥其检测工作的潜能,提高检测工作的效率。检测人员需要充分研究,对各类生物技术特性进行系统分析,全面掌握各技术应用范围和应用要点,从而将其与食品检测工作相结合,全面落实我国食品安全政策,实现我国可持续发展理念,为我国社会经济稳定、和谐发展提供保障。基于此,本文以生物技术为例,对其在食品检测过程中的应用进行深入分析。
