    摘 要：环保、绿色已经成为农业升级的主导方向，以食品安全为主题的粮油检测技术也得到了不断的更新和进步。本文聚焦气相色谱技术应用优势，对其在药物残留、毒素检测等方面的应用展开分析，在此基础上对实施要点、注意事项等进行探讨，以供参考。

    Abstract： Environmental protection and green have become the leading direction of agricultural upgrading， and the grain and oil detection technology with the theme of food safety has also been constantly updated and improved. This paper focuses on the application advantages of gas chromatography technology， analyzes its application in drug residue and toxin detection， and discusses the implementation points and precautions for reference.
