    摘 要：食品安全检测涉及人们的饮食安全，为维护食品市场秩序，保护人们的身体健康，需做好食品安全检测工作。本文以食品安全现状为切入点，分析存在的问题，并以此为基础，结合食品安全检测技术，提出优化建议，以期为相关工作者提供参考。

    Current Situation of Food Safety and Analysis of Food Safety Detection Technology

    Abstract： Food safety testing involves people’s food safety. In order to maintain the order of food market and protect people’s health， food safety testing needs to be done well. Taking the current situation of food safety as the starting point， this paper analyzes the problems of food safety， such as producers emphasizing economy and neglecting safety， backward consumer concept and food quality. On this basis， combined with food safety detection technology， this paper puts forward optimization suggestions， so as to provide reference for relevant workers.
