食品中铝残留问题现状及分析
惠香 封雪 吕晓超摘 要:随着时代的发展,人们越来越重视食品安全问题。铝元素被认定为一种污染物,若人们长期大量摄入含铝的食品,会对人体产生很大的危害。因此,应加大对食物中铝含量的检测,为消费者与监管机构提供更可信与专业的数据,以更好地保障食品安全。基于此,本文对食品中铝残留问题的现状进行了探讨与分析。

Current Situation and Analysis of Aluminum Residue in Food

Abstract: With the development of the times, people pay more and more attention to food safety issues. Aluminum is identified as a pollutant. If people ingest foods containing aluminum in large quantities for a long time, it will cause great harm to the human body. Therefore, the detection of aluminum content in food should be increased to provide consumers and regulatory agencies with more credible and professional data to better ensure food safety. Based on this, this paper discusses and analyzes the current situation of aluminum residues in food.
