    摘 要：基层食品抽检工作一直是食品卫生检验中的一个重要且关键的环节，随着我国经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平逐步提升，对食品安全关注度也有所提高，为保证食品安全，做好抽检管理工作至关重要。本文分析了食品抽检工作存在的问题，并提出相应对策，以促进基层食品抽检工作有效开展。

    Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures of Grass-roots Food Sampling Inspection in China

    Abstract： Grass roots food sampling inspection has always been an important and key link in food hygiene inspection. With the rapid development of China’s economy， people’s living standards have been gradually improved， and their attention to food safety has also been improved. In order to ensure food safety， it is very important to do a good job in sampling management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in food sampling inspection， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the effective development of grass-roots food sampling inspection.
