    摘 要：近年来，随着经济水平的不断提高，人们也开始追求更高的生活质量，生活质量的提高也决定着人们在食品方面上追求更广的层次。相较于之前餐桌上清一色白酒的现状，葡萄酒也开始普遍出现在人们的生活中，人们也逐渐开始关注葡萄酒的质量与安全。但目前在葡萄酒的生产过程中，仍存在影响葡萄酒质量安全的因素，导致消费者无法放心地对葡萄酒进行品鉴。因此，本文重点分析了影响葡萄酒质量安全的因素，并提出了针对性的建议。
