    摘 要：现阶段，基层食品的监督工作越来越关键，做好基层食品监督工作能够更有效地遏制假冒伪劣食品事件的发生，为广大消费者的健康安全提供保证。本文就基层食品监督管理工作面临的困难和措施作出了相应的分析。

    Problems and Countermeasures Faced by Grass-roots Food Supervision and Law Enforcement

    Abstract： At the present， the supervision of grass-roots food is becoming more and more critical. Doing a good job of grass-roots food supervision can more effectively curb the occurrence of fake and shoddy food events and provide a guarantee for the health and safety of the people. This paper analyzes the difficulties and measures faced by grass-roots food supervision and management.
