    摘 要：本文对食品安全监督抽检抽样工作中的常见问题展开研究，然后针对问题提出解决对策，主要包括加强监督抽检计划的构建、确保抽检抽样程序的规范性、提高食品安全抽检人员的业务水平、严格执行抽样与检验分离制度和在样品运输中配备监控设备等，旨在顺利解决抽样问题，确保良好的抽样效率，促进食品安全监督抽检工作的顺利开展与实施。

    Abstract： This paper studies the common problems in the sampling work of food safety supervision and sampling， and then proposes solutions to the problems， mainly including strengthening the construction of supervision and sampling plans， ensuring the standardization of sampling procedures， improving the professional level of food safety sampling personnel， and strictly implementing them.
