    摘 要：近年来我国在市场经济快速发展的过程中，食品检验检测工作受到广泛重视，合理进行食品检验检测，不仅能够及时发现食品安全质量问题，还能为消费者营造良好的消费环境。但如果在实际检验检测过程中不能做好质量控制工作，忽略细节的问题，将会导致检验检测质量降低，难以发挥食品检验检测工作的价值。基于此，本文研究食品检验检测技术，提出质量控制和细节问题管控的建议，旨在为提升食品检验检测工作效果提供帮助。
