食品微生物检验及实验室质量控制应用
魏雅莉摘 要:食品微生物检验是保证食品安全的重要手段,随着人们生活水平的不断提升,食品种类逐步繁多,食品安全成为人们关注的焦点。食品微生物检验工作是提升食品安全的核心方法,对我国食品产业良好发展十分关键,检验方法和检验技术直接关乎食品检验结果的精准性,实验室质量控制要点较多,本文从多层面选取可靠的控制方法,保证实验室检验质量达标。

Abstract: Food microbial inspection is an important means to ensure food safety. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, food safety has become the focus of people’s attention.Food microbial inspection work is the core method of food safety, good development of our food industry is crucial, inspection method and inspection technology is directly related to the accuracy of food inspection results, laboratory quality control points, this paper select reliable control method, to ensure the laboratory inspection quality standards.
