气相色谱法测定保健食品中肌醇含量的方法研究

    摘要：目的：验证国家标准GB 5009.196—2003中肌醇含量的测定方法，判断该方法的可行性。方法：试样经旋转蒸发除水，硅烷化衍生后加入正己烷试剂，取出正己烷层，供气相色谱仪分析测定。结果：目标物肌醇在0.0104 1～0.208 2 mg/mL线性关系良好，相关系数为1，检出限为0.20 μg/mL，定量限为0.98 μg/mL，回收率在96.0%～104.7%，重复性RSD为1.37%～2.67%，衍生后的试样在36 h内基本稳定，测得相对标准偏差为2.63%。结论：该方法灵敏快速，准确有效，可以用于保健食品中肌醇含量的检测。
