    摘 要：建立了气相色谱-电子捕获检测器法测定小麦粉中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯与溴氰菊酯等3种农药残留量的方法。试样采用石油醚提取，菊酯类固相萃取柱净化，丙酮-石油醚(1+9)洗脱，旋转蒸发浓缩，经TG-5MS毛细管柱分离后，电子捕获检测器测定，外标法定量。结果表明，氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯与溴氰菊酯3种农药组分的色谱分离效果较好，在0.01～1.00 μg/mL线性良好，r均大于0.999，方法检出限为

    0.001 1～0.002 0 mg/kg，定量限为0.003 5～0.006 7 mg/kg，加标测试的平均回收率在85.56%～104.34%，精密度为0.88%～3.94%。
