自然环境对食品营养及食品安全的影响及应对措施

     摘 要:随着人们物质生活水平的提高,食品营养与食品安全问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,食品营养价值及安全与诸多因素相关。文章围绕自然环境对食品营养及食品安全的影响,具体分析了土壤资源、水资源、光照和温湿度等自然环境对食品营养及安全的影响,并提出加强生态环境管理、构建科学合理的自然环境监测系统、加强自然环境因素对食品营养安全影响的宣传推广等措施,以期能够加强对生产与加工两方面的自然环境的监控,提高居民科学意识,保障食品安全,降低食品营养流失。
