王雷钧摘 要:食品安全保障工作是关乎民生问题的重要工作内容。在食品安全事件频繁发生的背景下,全面完善食品检测工作方案,是提升食品安全工作效果的重要基础条件,同时是推动社会发展及进步的重要发展方向。将聚合酶链式反应(Polymerase Chain Reaction,PCR)技术完善应用至食品微生物检测工作过程中,可以有效提升食品检测工作效果。本文对PCR技术的基本应用特点以及PCR技术在食品微生物检测中的应用策略进行全面分析和探究。
