    摘 要：随着科学技术不断发展，人们的生活水平大幅度提升，食品种类不断增加，由此衍生了一定的食品安全隐患，受到了人们的广泛关注。为了提升食品安全治理水平，满足服务市场监管需求，通过先进检测技术提升食品中农药、兽药残留检测技术水平，成为新时代相关单位的重要任务。基于此，本文着重阐述和介绍食品中农药、兽药残留检测所使用的技术，为相关人员提供参考。
