摘 要：近年来，随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对于食品的安全性也给予了很高的重视度。为了确保人们能够食用健康食品、放心食品，相关部门就要采取针对性的食品安全检测技术来对市场中出售的各类食品安全进行全面的检测，以便可以及时发现问题、处理问题，从而最大化提升食品的质量安全，满足人们的健康饮食需求。本文重点分析了食品安全检测技术在保障食品质量安全中的重要作用，并根据当前影响食品安全的主要因素，提出了相应的安全检测技术措施，以便有关人士参考。
