    摘 要：要想保障人们的饮食安全，就需要增强对食品安全问题的重视，同时需保障食品有较高的营养价值。通过食品安全检测能显著降低食品安全问题的发生概率，更好地保障人们的饮食安全。本文以传统奶制品为例，阐述了食品营养与食品安全检测并重的重要性，分析了传统奶制品的发展现状、存在的问题及推动产业发展的措施，并提出食品营养和食品安全有机结合的措施，以提升食品安全水平。
