    摘 要：在“减糖”之风的影响下，国内企业积极研发新型甜味剂，我国代糖市场迅速发展，尤其是绿色健康、口感优良、热量极低的天然甜味剂呈现出广阔的发展前景。本文立足于国家开展“减糖”行动的时代背景，介绍了人们对糖认知态度的转变，总结了阿洛酮糖市场的发展趋势。阿洛酮糖作为一种新型功能性代糖，在未来的甜味剂市场将会有广阔的发展空间。

    Study on Psicose and its Development Trend from the Perspective of “Reducing Sugar”

    Abstract： Under the influence of “sugar reduction”， domestic enterprises actively research and develop new sweeteners. China’s sugar substitute market is developing rapidly， especially the natural sweeteners with green health， excellent taste and very low calories show broad development prospects. Based on the background of the national “sugar reduction” action， this paper introduces the change of people’s cognitive attitude towards sugar， and summarizes the development trend of alodonose market. As a new functional sugar substitute， alodonose will have broad development space in the sweetener market in the future.
