    摘 要：近年来，食品安全问题受到了人们的广泛关注，相关部门需要采用相应食品安全检测技术最大程度地保障食品的质量安全。本文概述了食品质量安全保障中食品安全检测技术应用的重要意义，并讨论了具体食品安全检测技术应用，以期在食品质量安全保障工作中，能够为充分发挥食品安全检测技术优势，提高食品质量安全管理水平提供一定的参考。
