基于供应链保障食品安全的管理策略研究

     摘 要:本文针对保障食品供应链安全的管理策略展开探讨,分析了食品供应链管理的风险因素,包括生产环节、加工环节、运输环节等多个方面,并结合食品供应链各环节的特点,提出了基于供应链保障食品供应链安全的管理策略。根据研究结果可知,通过开展相关人员培训工作,构建食品质量控制系统,构建食品供应链信息平台等管理策略,能够更有效地提升食品供应链安全管理水平,进而更全面地保障食品安全。

    Research on Management Strategy of Food Safety Assurance Based on Supply Chain

    Abstract: This paper discusses the management strategy of food supply chain security. The risk factors of food supply chain management are analyzed, including the risk factors of production, processing, transportation, and so on. In combination with the characteristics of each link of the food supply chain, the food supply chain security management strategy is put forward based on the supply chain. According to the research results, the relevant personnel training should be carried out, and the food quality control system, the food supply chain information platform, and other management strategies should be built.
