    摘 要：近年来我国食品安全问题频发，人们对食品安全问题越来越重视，为了保障人们身体健康，应加强食品监管措施，其中流通环节中的食品抽样检测至关重要。基于此，本文对流通环节中食品抽样检验现状、食品抽样检验的基本概念及流程、食品抽样检验的意义、食品抽样检验问题及对策分析等进行了阐述，以期为健全流通环节食品监管体系、保障流通食品安全提供一定参考。

    Analysis of Food Sampling Inspection in Circulation

    Abstract： In recent years， food safety problems occurred frequently in our country， people pay more and more attention to the food safety problem. In order to protect peoples health， food supervision measures should be strengthened， among which the food sampling inspection in the circulation link is crucial. Based on this， this paper expounds the current situation of food sampling inspection in circulation link， the basic concept and process of food sampling inspection， the significance of food sampling inspection， food sampling inspection problems and countermeasure analysis， hoping to provide some reference for improving the food supervision system in circulation link and ensuring the safety of food in circulation.
