摘 要：随着进口食品种类的日益增多，食品安全风险也进一步增强，必须要做好源头防控才能降低隐患，确保人们购买商品的质量。为此，要求市场监督管理部门必须加强源头防控意识，并基于现阶段的相关制度加以优化，从而提升精准打击质量，为营造良好的进口食品管理环境奠定基础。鉴于此情况，本文将重点围绕进口食品安全风险源头防控稽查办案机制加以研究，以此为相关人员提供借鉴与参考。
