摘 要：食品安全问题关系到我国居民的生活质量与生命健康，一直以来是国家重点关注的问题，同时也是社会各界重点关注的焦点问题。食品安全监管体系作为食品安全的重要保证，是守护国民食品安全的重要基础，其完整性对我国食品安全事业具有极其重要的作用。本文在对我国食品安全问题的主要成因进行分析的基础上，探讨构建完整食品安全监管体系的必要性，梳理我国食品安全监管体系面临的挑战，并提出了强化地方监管的主体意识、加强社会信用评价体系的建设和完善食品产业信息披露机制的具体对策，以期为完善食品安全监管体系提供参考，推进我国食品安全工作更好地发展。
