摘 要：食品安全关系国计民生，关乎人们的身体健康。因此，建立健全食品安全法律体系，完善食品安全标准，提高人们的食品安全意识，严格落实食品生产经营企业及个人的主体责任，加强对食品安全监管体系建设，对杜绝食品安全事故的发生意义重大。基于此，本文对当前食品安全保障存在的问题进行深入剖析，并为进一步加强食品安全保障提出科学举措。

    Abstract： Food safety is related to the national economy and peoples livelihood and peoples health. Therefore， it is of great significance to establish and improve the food safety legal system， improve the food safety standards， improve peoples food safety awareness， strictly implement the main responsibilities of food production and operation enterprises and individuals， and strengthen the construction of the food safety supervision system to prevent the occurrence of food safety accidents. Based on this， this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current food safety guarantee， and puts forward scientific measures to further strengthen the food safety guarantee.
