    摘 要：随着人们生活水平的提升和健康观念的转变，对食品质量也有了更高的要求，原生态、无污染的绿色有机食品已成为越来越多人的首选。然而在实际生活中，食品安全问题还一直存在。所以，有关部门除了对此加强重视外，做好食品检验也是非常关键的。食品质量安全问题可通过食品理化检验检测来进行准确判断，以此保证流入市场的食品安全合规，但现实检测中，也会有部分因素的存在，使得食品检验准确率受到了影响。对此，本文就影响食品理化检验检测准确性的因素和提升措施进行分析，希望为保证食品安全提供参考。
