    摘 要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高，食品安全备受人们的关注，成为社会的热点话题。近年来，我国食品安全问题频发，食品微生物污染现象越来越常见，为有效提高食品安全，食品微生物检验工作越来越受重视。从食品微生物检验现状来看，还存在诸多问题，包括检验标准不统一、检验技术更新不及时等，影响着食品微生物检验工作的质量，还需持续完善食品微生物检验工作。基于此，本文简要分析食品微生物检验的主要内容，以食品微生物检验的现存问题为导向，提出优化食品微生物检验工作的具体策略，为相关从业人员提供参考。
