摘 要：食品安全抽检数据为我国研判食品安全状况、预测食品安全趋势及排查食品安全风险来源等提供了重要依据。但目前食品安全抽检数据在一定程度上存在准确性、完整性、一致性、可靠性及代表性不足等问题。目前市场监督管理部门推进抽检数据高质量发展，本文通过鱼骨图梳理分析，发现低质量抽检数据存在抽样误差和非抽样误差，建议从工作规范、创新管理模式以及形成自查机制等方面改善誤差问题，提升抽检数据质量，为监管工作提供有力依据。

    Abstract： The food safety sampling data provide an important basis for China to study and judge the food safety situation， predict food safety trends， and investigate the sources of food safety risks. However， to some extent， the current food safety sampling data are not accurate， complete， consistent， reliable and representative.
