河池市鲜湿米粉微生物现状分析



摘 要:目的:通过监督抽检广西壮族自治区河池市鲜湿米粉微生物检出情况,了解其微生物现状,为河池市鲜湿米粉生产质量控制和地方监管提供数据支持。方法:对2022年河池市11个县区48家鲜湿米粉合计128批次的鲜湿米粉进行监督抽检,并对微生物检出结果进行数据汇总和分析。结果:鲜湿米粉中菌落总数和大肠菌群均有不同程度的检出及超标情况,沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均未检出。结论:菌落总数和大肠菌群是影响河池市鲜湿米粉卫生质量安全的重要指标。
