    摘 要：食品重金属残留超标不仅会影响食品质量，而且会对食用者身体健康产生极大的危害，因此做好食品重金属污染检测工作非常关键。同时，食品质量安全检测中，重金属检测是一项重要内容，通过检测食品重金属残留量，判断食品质量安全状况，杜绝重金属残留超标的食品流入市场，有助于规避食品质量安全事件的发生，保障食品行业健康有序发展。基于此，本文分析了食品重金属污染原因，并对食品重金属污染检测技术进行概述，以供参考。
