摘 要：食品检验实验室仪器设备的精准性、稳定性、安全性会影响检验的结果，只有仪器设备使用得当、运维到位，才能发挥仪器设备的作用，更好地完成食品检验任务，使人们了解食品的质量，对食品是否合格进行科学、精准、权威的判断。文章阐明了食品检验实验室仪器设备的使用和维护的基本原则、现状及管理办法，以期为食品检验实验室提升仪器设备使用与维护的能力提供参考。

    Analysis on the Use and Maintenance Management of Instruments and Equipment in Food Inspection Laboratory

    Abstract： The accuracy， stability and safety of the instruments and equipment in the food inspection laboratory will affect the inspection results. Only when the instruments and equipment are properly used and operated and maintained can they play their role and better complete the food inspection task， so that people can understand the quality of food and make scientific， accurate and authoritative judgments on whether the food is qualified.
