     摘 要:在食品工业中,发酵食品的独特口感离不开微生物之间的协同作用,因此,微生物在传统发酵食品领域中得到了广泛应用,但发酵食品在满足人们口味需求的同时,其中一些有害微生物的超标也会给人们的身体健康带来严重威胁,因此食品工业中发酵食品微生物的安全检验工作至关重要。本文通过深入研究微生物在传统发酵食品中的应用,全面分析传统发酵食品微生物检验的具体内容,系统性探寻食品工业中常用的发酵食品微生物检验技术方法,进而为强化发酵食品微生物质量控制、提升发酵食品安全质量提供参考借鉴。
