摘 要：随着我国科技实力的不断提升，綠色分析测试技术逐渐被应用于食品质量检测中，对提高食品检验水平具有很大的帮助。在此背景下，本文对绿色分析测试技术进行了简要介绍，并探究了新时期绿色分析测试技术在食品检验中的应用，希望能提供相关参考，进而促进绿色分析测试技术的应用推广，提高食品安全检验效率，破解食品安全检测难题。

    Abstract： With the continuous improvement of Chinas scientific and technological strength， green analysis and testing technology has been gradually applied to food quality inspection， which is of great help to improve the level of food inspection.
