    摘 要：本文针对幼儿食品检测问题进行探究，采用文献总结法、实例分析法，从幼儿生长必需的营养物质入手，以胆碱为例介绍了幼儿配方食品中营养成分的检测方法，并对检测工作中存在的问题及其解决对策进行总结。研究表明，食品是幼儿群体生长发育的重要营养来源，目前营养成分检测工作尚存在一些不足，需要完善技术体系、加強监督管理、落实安全宣传、发挥政府职能，进一步提高质量检测水平，为幼儿提供优质的食品。
