幼儿食品中营养成分的质量检测问题探析
何晓军 徐爱民 郭国栋摘 要:本文针对幼儿食品检测问题进行探究,采用文献总结法、实例分析法,从幼儿生长必需的营养物质入手,以胆碱为例介绍了幼儿配方食品中营养成分的检测方法,并对检测工作中存在的问题及其解决对策进行总结。研究表明,食品是幼儿群体生长发育的重要营养来源,目前营养成分检测工作尚存在一些不足,需要完善技术体系、加強监督管理、落实安全宣传、发挥政府职能,进一步提高质量检测水平,为幼儿提供优质的食品。
