    摘 要：食品检验质量是关系食品安全管理工作的重要基础，检验检测机构承担着大量的检测任务，其检验工作质量管理的水平对检测结果的准确性、可靠性有着直接影响。基于此，本文分析了食品检验检测机构检验工作质量管理存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了具体的对策建议，以供参考。

    Abstract： The quality of food inspection is an important foundation related to food safety management. Inspection and testing institutions undertake a large number of testing tasks， and the level of quality management in their inspection work directly affects the accuracy and reliability of testing results. Based on this， this article analyzes the problems in the quality management of food inspection and testing institutions inspection work， and proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions for reference.

    据统计，2017年，食品监管部门全国抽检食品样品23万批次，2022年抽检超过80万批次，是2017年的3.48倍。随着食品抽检总量的增加，第三方检验机构承担越来越多的检验工作，但检验检测机构在食品检验工作质量管理方面还存在很多问题，无法满足食品安全检验的需要[1]。因此，相关人员需要加强对这一领域的研究，为食品安全工作提供相关的经验和方法指导。
