大数据背景下食品安全管理问题研究
焦东杰摘 要:“互联网+”对当前商业模式的创新发展产生了很大的影响,近年来“互联网+”食品、互联网餐饮等逐渐兴起,能更多地满足消费者多样化的需求,带动了大众创新和创业的发展,但同时存在信息不对称、流动性大等特点,且带来了极大的食品安全风险。因此,需重视大数据和云计算发展背景下的网络食品安全问题,充分利用大数据等信息技术分析现有的食品安全问题,革新网络食品安全管理的方法和模式,更好地发挥大数据在应用中的作用,提升食品安全管理的质量。本文结合食品安全管理中大数据的具体应用,就大数据时代食品安全管理创新路径进行探讨。
