    摘 要：“互联网+”对当前商业模式的创新发展产生了很大的影响，近年来“互联网+”食品、互联网餐饮等逐渐兴起，能更多地满足消费者多样化的需求，带动了大众创新和创业的发展，但同时存在信息不对称、流动性大等特点，且带来了极大的食品安全风险。因此，需重视大数据和云计算发展背景下的网络食品安全问题，充分利用大数据等信息技术分析现有的食品安全问题，革新网络食品安全管理的方法和模式，更好地发挥大数据在应用中的作用，提升食品安全管理的质量。本文结合食品安全管理中大数据的具体应用，就大数据时代食品安全管理创新路径进行探讨。
