    摘 要：近些年来随着我国农业快速发展，农产品种类与数量不断增多，但质量问题频繁出现，引起社会的广泛关注。许多农户在农业种植过程中，为了提高农作物的质量与数量，经常会使用化肥与农药，虽然可促进农作物的生长，减少病虫害，但农药残留会对农产品质量造成较大的影响，危害消费者的食品安全，甚至诱发严重的健康问题。因此，需要引起相关部门的重视，做好农产品质量管理。本文主要针对影响农产品质量安全的主要因素展开分析，阐述目前常用的农药残留检测技术，分析存在的问题，同时提出相应的优化措施，从而为农药残留检测工作提供有效指导，维护农产品质量安全。

    Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of agriculture in China， the variety and quantity of agricultural products have been increasing， but quality issues have frequently emerged， causing widespread concern in society. Many farmers often use chemical fertilizers and pesticides to improve the quality and quantity of crops during agricultural planting. Although they can promote crop growth and reduce pests and diseases， pesticide residues can have a significant impact on the quality of agricultural products， endanger consumers food safety， and even induce serious health problems.
