Abstract: Food physical and chemical testing is an important means of food quality and safety supervision, it plays a key role in ensuring food safety and maintaining public health. False positive results in physical and chemical tests of food may cause potential hazards to food safety and public health. Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of false positive results and the methods to identify false positive results, and puts forward corresponding solutions, aiming at improving the accuracy and reliability of physical and chemical testing of food, so as to ensure food safety and public health.
