食品检验实验室检验结果准确度控制措施研究
裴秀英摘 要:在食品生产过程中,食品检验是保证食品质量的关键环节。食品检验结果准确度越高,食品流向市场的安全性也就越高。基于此,本文从检测标准制度、检验机构管理与人员技能以及实验室环境3个方面,全面分析影响食品检验实验室检验结果的准确度因素,并基于现存的实际问题,提出提高食品检验实验室检验结果准确度的措施,旨在提升食品检验的质量及效率,确保食品安全。

Abstract: In the food production process, food inspection is a key link to ensure food quality. The higher the accuracy of food inspection results, the higher the safety of food flow to the market. Based on this, this article comprehensively analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of food inspection laboratory results from three aspects: testing standard system, inspection institution management and personnel skills, and laboratory environment. Based on existing practical problems, measures are proposed to improve the accuracy of food inspection laboratory results, aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of food inspection and ensure food safety.
