    摘 要：食品檢测实验室内部质量控制是保证食品安全的重要环节。为加强食品检测的准确性和可靠性，本文阐述了食品检测实验室内部质量控制的现状，分析了实验室内部质量控制的常用方法，提出了加强内部质量控制的建议，供食品检测实验室参考学习。

    Abstract： The internal quality control of food testing laboratory is an important link to ensure food safety. In order to strengthen the accuracy and reliability of food detection， this paper expounded the present situation of internal quality control in food testing laboratory， analyzed the common methods of internal quality control in laboratory， and put forward the suggestions to strengthen internal quality control as reference and study for food testing laboratory.
