    摘 要：在枯水期采集200份水样(出厂水水样100份，末梢水水样100份)，丰水期采集水样200份(出厂水水样100份，末梢水水样100份)。对所有水样分别采取滤膜法、多管发酵法检验，比较两种检测方法的微生物检出情况。结果表明，多管发酵法对枯水期的大肠菌群总检出率(23.50%)高于滤膜法(16.00%)，丰水期的大肠菌群总检出率(15.00%)高于滤膜法(9.00%)，出厂水的大肠菌群总检出率(13.50%)高于滤膜法(8.50%)，末梢水的大肠菌群总检出率(24.50%)高于滤膜法(16.50%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在生活饮用水的微生物检验中，采用多管发酵法的检出效果优于滤膜法，可作为水监测的首选方法。
