QuEChERS-气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法测定蔬菜中25种农药残留

摘 要:目的:建立QuEChERS-气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法检测蔬菜中25种常见的农药残留。方法:采用乙腈作为提取液,通过QuEChERS进行前处理,使用DB-5ms色谱柱进行分离,最后采用动态多反应离子监测模式进行具体的分析工作,并采用内标法进行定量分析。结果:当浓度在0.01~0.20 μg·mL-1,25
种农药线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.996,检出限为0.003~0.008 mg·kg-1,定量限为0.005~0.015 mg·kg-1,平均回收率为78.5%~106.8%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~9.8%。结论:该方法操作方便、灵敏以及精准,可满足常见的农药残留的检测需求。

Abstract: Objective: To establish QuEChERS-Gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of 25 common pesticide residues in vegetables. Method: Acetonitrile was used as extraction solution, which was pre-treated by QuEChERS and separated by DB-5ms column.
