    摘 要：目的：建立QuEChERS-气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法检测蔬菜中25种常见的农药残留。方法：采用乙腈作为提取液，通过QuEChERS进行前处理，使用DB-5ms色谱柱进行分离，最后采用动态多反应离子监测模式进行具体的分析工作，并采用内标法进行定量分析。结果：当浓度在0.01～0.20 μg·mL-1，25

    种农药线性关系良好，相关系数均大于0.996，检出限为0.003～0.008 mg·kg-1，定量限为0.005～0.015 mg·kg-1，平均回收率为78.5%～106.8%，相对标准偏差为1.1%～9.8%。结论：该方法操作方便、灵敏以及精准，可满足常见的农药残留的检测需求。

    Abstract： Objective： To establish QuEChERS-Gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of 25 common pesticide residues in vegetables.
