河鲀肝油中维生素A、D检测方法研究

摘 要:通过实验考察色谱柱、流动相比例、流速大小对维生素A、维生素D检测效果的影响,确定了检测河鲀鱼肝油中维生素A、维生素D含量的最佳色谱条件。结果表明,在最佳色谱条件下,维生素A在0.2~6.0 μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.999 5,RSD为1.3%。维生素D在1~200 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系较好,线性相关系数R2为0.998 5,RSD为1%。该方法操作简单,可有效满足河鲀鱼肝油中维生素A、维生素D含量的检测要求。

Abstract: By examining the influence of column, mobile phase ratio and flow rate on the detection effect of vitamin A and vitamin D, the best chromatographic conditions for the detection of vitamin A and vitamin D content in puffer fish liver oil were determined. The results showed that vitamin A showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 0.2 to 6.0 μg·mL-1 under optimal chromatographic conditions. The correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999 5 and the RSD was 1.3%. Vitamin D was in the range from 1 to 200 μg·mL-1 with a good linear correlation coefficient R2 of 0.998 5 and a RSD of 1%.
