高效液相色谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉与保健食品中维生素B12的含量

摘 要:建立高效液相色谱法检测婴幼儿配方奶粉与保健食品中维生素B12的分析方法。选择SB-AQ柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0 μm)作为色谱柱,流动相为0.025%三氟乙酸溶液+乙腈,流速1.0 mL·min-1,梯度洗脱,进样量100 μL,检测波长361 nm。保健品:B族维生素片等样品采用水提取的方式;基质复杂的样品用固相萃取的方法。婴幼儿配方奶粉:含量<4 μg/100 g的样品用固相萃取法,含量≥4 μg/100 g的样品用直接提取方式,经高效液相色谱仪分析。结果表明,维生素B12标准溶液线性良好,r2>0.999,加标回收率在86.2%~96.0%,RSD为1.3%~1.8%,检出限为0.4 μg/100 g。该方法简便快捷,所用试剂耗材少,灵敏度高,结果准确。

Abstract: To establish a low-cost and efficient HPLC method for the determination of vitamin B12 in infant formula milk powder and health food.SB-AQ column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5.0 μm) was selected as the chromatographic column with mobile phase consisting of 0.025% trifluoroacetic acid solution + acetonitrile at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The sample size was 100 μL and the detection wavelength was 361 nm. Health care products: samples such as B vitamin tablets are extracted by water; samples with complex matrix are extraction method.
