    摘 要：建立了直接进样测汞法测定食品中总汞含量的方法。样品经高温灼烧及催化热解后，汞被还原成汞单质，用金汞齐富集带入检测器，在253.7 nm波长处进行原子吸收光谱测定。方法检出限为0.000 86 mg·kg-1，加标回收率为70.3%～109.0%，精密度为0.93%～1.58%。方法操作简单，快速稳定，适合食品中微量汞的测定。
