    摘 要：本试验以山竹果皮为研究对象，以乙醇为提取溶剂，提取山竹果皮中的黄酮类物质；采用正交试验优化山竹果皮总黄酮的醇提法提取工艺，确定最优的工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%、料液比1∶90(g∶mL)、提取温度60 ℃、提取时间20 min，在最优工艺条件下，山竹果皮的总黄酮提取率达9.05%。
