    摘 要：本文梳理了动物源性食品中氟喹诺酮类兽药残留检测的研究，了解当前国内的各类先进样品前处理技术，主要从色谱和色谱质谱联用法的角度，总结并论述不同基质样品、液相提取及洗脱条件、净化方式等对方法性能参数的影响，旨在提高动物源性食品中兽药残留的检测分析的效率和准确性，为后期建立同时检测多种兽药残留药物方法提供参考。
