Abstract: Frequent food safety problems in the dairy industry have raised public concern about the quality and safety of dairy products. Dairy products are a kind of food that can be easily contaminated, so companies should pay more attention to the dairy processing process. To ensure the quality of dairy products, many companies have started to apply biotechnology in the dairy processing process to improve the quality of dairy products while ensuring that they are not contaminated. This paper analyzes the importance of applying biotechnology in dairy product processing and elaborates the specific application of biotechnology in dairy product processing to provide reference for related research scholars.
