    摘 要：在农药残留检验中，样品前处理技术是重要环节之一，同时是耗时最长、最易产生误差的步骤，是提高检测效率和检测结果精确性的关键因素。鉴于此，笔者通过查阅现有文献，探究了多种食品中农药残留检测的样品前处理技术，旨在强化食品安全预处理，提高检验结果和实际情况的一致性，为食品安全提供重要保障，同时为相关人员提供参考。

    Abstract： In the detection of pesticide residues， sample pretreatment technology is one of the important links， which is the most time-consuming and error prone step， and is a key factor in improving detection efficiency and accuracy of detection results. In view of this， the author has explored sample pretreatment techniques for the detection of pesticide residues in various foods through consulting existing literature， with the aim of strengthening food safety pretreatment， increasing the consistency of inspection results and actual conditions， providing important assurance for food safety， and providing reference for relevant personnel.

    在食品安全监管中，农药残留检测为核心环节之一，如果农药残留检测结果超标，则会对人们生命安全造成威胁，甚至对社会造成不利影响。在农药残留检测中，样品前处理技术可在提升检测效率的同时，促进检测过程更为完整、科学，进而降低食品安全不良事件发生率[1]。因此，深入研究样品前处理技术，选择合理科学技术来提高农药残留检测精度尤为必要。
