    摘 要：近年来，由食品中农药残留量过高引发的食品安全问题频发，极大程度地威胁人们的身心安全，也影响和谐社会的构建。鉴于此，本文介绍了农药残留检测技术的重要性，对食品检测中农药残留检测技术的常用方式进行分析，探究了食品检测中农药残留检测技术的应用要点，主要包括样品制备环节、检测流程技术、检测实施环节技术要点等，以期为相关从业者提供一定理论借鉴。

    Abstract： In recent years， food safety issues caused by excessive pesticide residues in food have occurred frequently， greatly threatening peoples physical and mental safety， and also affecting the construction of a harmonious society. Based on this， the article introduces the importance of pesticide residue detection technology， analyzes the commonly used methods of pesticide residue detection technology in food testing， and focuses on exploring the application points of pesticide residue detection technology in food testing， mainly including technical control points in sample preparation， detection process， and detection implementation， in order to provide theoretical reference for relevant practitioners.
